About this event
ArtPrize is an international art competition and cultural festival held annually in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Art is exhibited in galleries and storefronts, parks and museums, in breweries and public spaces and venues of all kinds across the city. The organizers award over $400,000 directly to artists through popular and juried voting and distribute over $200,000 in annual grants. A Preview Week runs September 12-17, 2026 ahead of the main event.
