About this event
Arts in the Park is a juried outdoor art show held at the Carillon in Byrd Park, sponsored by the Carillon Civic Association. Exhibitors from around the country sell painting, pottery and ceramics, jewelry, furniture, photography, woodworking, glass, metal, sculpture, textiles, yard art and more, with local food vendors on site. Admission is free and the show goes on rain or shine. Exhibitor applications are handled through the ZAPP platform.

- Neighborhood parking around the Carillon is very limited and many streets into the site are closed. Free shuttle service runs roughly every 30 minutes from a free overflow lot on Freeman Rd. near Douglasdale Rd. across from City Stadium, dropping off across the street from the show.
- Accessibility
- Handicap parking is available in a lot by the Carillon, off Park Drive before Dogwood Dell; traffic police at the Carillon tower entrance direct properly identified vehicles. The site also notes ADA-friendly restrooms on the east side of the Carillon.
