How much does a craft show booth cost?

Short answer
It depends mostly on the show's size, reputation and how selective it is. At nationally known juried art festivals, a standard 10×10 booth costs roughly $700–$1,100, and you also pay an application (jury) fee of about $45–$65 when you apply [1][2]. What you pay beyond the booth fee
- Application or jury fees, paid when you apply [1][2]. Check the show's policy on whether they are refunded if you are not accepted.
- Cancellation terms: Cherry Creek, for example, refunds 90% of the booth fee if you cancel by its published deadline (March 27, 2026 for the 2026 festival) [1].
- Corner and larger spaces cost more than a standard row booth [1].
- Electricity is sometimes included — Ann Arbor includes it in the booth fee [2] — and sometimes an extra charge.
- Getting there: fuel or mileage, lodging and meals for multi-day or out-of-town shows.

How to decide whether a fee is worth it
Think in net sales, not gross. Art Fair SourceBook, which ranks art fairs using artist-reported results, calculates net sales by subtracting the application fee, the space fee and a $200-a-day expense allowance from gross sales [4]. Before paying, ask the organizer:
- How many shoppers attended last year, and how was that counted?
- How many vendors will there be, and is there a limit per craft category?
- Is admission charged, and how is the event advertised?
- What is the refund or cancellation policy, including for bad weather?
- Is electricity, a table or a tent included?
